Virginia (Ginny) West has enjoyed living on Hilton Head Island for the past 16 years. Originally from Charlotte, she and her husband, Jim, relocated to Hilton Head Island to manage their expanding property management company. This venture evolved into a multi-faceted Corporation encompassing the management, maintenance, interior design, and rental of more than 250 properties on the Island. Ginny attended Queen's University and its Mingle Institute concentrating in Business and Real Estate Law. She spent the next 10 years working in the accounting and auditing division of the banking industry. This experience and her educational background provided the foundation for her involvement in the property management field. Her desire to expand her expertise in the real estate business on Hilton Head Island prompted her to obtain her South Carolina Real Estate License in 1999. For the past ten years, she has successfully specialized in investment properties with some of the largest volume real estate agencies on the Island. In the spring of 2009, the success of the original property management company allowed the natural formation of Premium Properties of Hilton Head, where Ginny will offer her innovative style and expansive knowledge of the Island to provide "real solutions for your real estate needs".
