Myra S. Davis, Broker Associate Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Myra moved after graduating from the University of South Carolina to Columbia where she met her husband Jerry and began raising her family she started her real estate career in Columbia in 1987. After moving to Hilton Head in 1999, she became very active in community service. She served on the Board of Directors of the Island School Council for the Arts, in 2005 she graduated from the Leadership class of the Hilton Head/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce with Honors, and served on the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. As a Realtor, she served on the Board of Directors of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors and has earned the Realtor Distinguished Service Award every year since 2004. Because of the changing economy, Myra has earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation along with the Short Sale and Foreclosure designation from the National Association of Realtors and to make her more knowledgeable about the real estate industry as a whole became a Broker. Myra recently joined Premium Properties of Hilton Head where she feels her clients will be given every tool possible to make their sales or buying experience the best that it can be.
