Marge Dwyer and her husband, John, relocated to Hilton Head Island in 2001 from Newburgh, NY. She is the mother of three and grandmother of six.

1972 Poughkeepsie, NY was the start of her real estate career. Besides her Broker's license, she has acquired GRI, EPRO, CDPE designations, which are Graduate of the Realtors Institution, Electronic Professional, and Certified Distressed Property Expert. Through the years she has owned her own real estate company in East Fishkill, NY, taught real estate both in New York and South Carolina. For several years, while in NY, she also obtained a Certified Residential Appraiser's license, and worked as such for several years. While in NY she served as State Director for her local Board of Realtors and also as Treasure of her Board. She is an active member of the National Association, South Carolina Association, and Hilton Head Island Association of Realtors, and a recipient of the Hilton Head Associations Community Service Award. Today she serves on three Association committees, continues to do community service, both through her Board Association and her church, and attends many seminars in order to stay abreast of the changing market.
