Hilton Head Island has been my home since relocating from Charlotte, NC in December 1981 My family built an oceanfront second home in Sea Pines in 1970 and vacations were filled with Island life and style, making me want only one thing - to live here!

Since moving to the Island, I have enjoyed 26 years as a Mortgage Banker, opening and establishing Bank of America Mortgage (formerly NCNB) and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Hilton Head Island and Beaufort, SC. Knowing the real estate market from a thorough financial perspective increased my interest and passion to become actively involved in sharing the low country as a Realtor with Hilton Head Real Estate Premium Properties.
